In the apartment where they move to, they form friendships with unlikely people, people that they may have never bothered to even talk to in their previous lives. Moving to another place becomes the setting for the whole story. How much more when you have a little sister that you have to look out for? To make matters worse, their Uncle Raymond has started to look at her little sister with “interest” and Kacey has made the decision that they have to get out of that house. It’s tough enough to do this while you’re alone.
